WHAT’S NEW, YOU SAY?

by

A lot of things are new … first of all – on this birthday, I’m making changes:
First: my hair color:
I decided to go dark and give up the ever-constant touching up dark roots with way too blond hair.  Since I’m not gray yet, the blond wasn’t blending with my still pretty dark blonde hair.  So I went with a Copper/Caramel.  Each time it will get a bit darker until we finally settle in on a warm color that makes me look Young and Sassy!  Here’s the first attempt. And here’s the second touch up.

Second:  Ready to collaborate on events with other women leaders in the community:
Having so much fun coming up with ways to blend all the talents and interests.  My first collaboration since my decision to do this was with Samantha Solley — Moving Rhythms.  She is a Let Your Yoga Dance Instructor and I’m the Vibrational Ground and Centering Sound with Drums and Crystal Bowls along with meditative moments.  It was a blast!

Third:  Travel as much as possible
We are doing that with HITCH and RV’ing all over the place.  Next trip to Sanibel for our Anniversary of our Wedding Spot and then on to Jaret’s (my youngest son) for Thanksgiving with the family who shows!

Fourth:  Start a healthy eating plan such as: Gluten and Lactose Free foods
So I did just that … Hired a nutrition coach and Chef.  There’s no way I can learn and cook the meals too 🙂 .. so for a couple months, she is cooking our nutrient enriched diners and I’m doing the best I can to learn how to make smoothies and cook at home.  This is like relearning home-making 101, but it’s true.

That’s about it for a quick update.  My next blog post will be the most recent events. What’s new in your life?

  See you there.
